Effie is a communication and training expert with an international profile and career.
Her career started in Greece, working for international Advertising networks, such as Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann Erickson and D.D.B., to develop campaigns for clients such as Procter and Gamble, British Airways, The Coca Cola company, Nestle, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco, Henkel, Unilever and Mc Donald’s.

In 1993 she was promoted to Vice President, Worldwide Account Director for McCann Worldgroup and moved to London. She was responsible for overseeing the development of advertising strategies and campaigns for Unilever Personal Products, across the world (45 countries).

In 2002 she started her own business in communication consulting, coaching and executive training (UTS). Effie uses her broad “hands-on” experience in communication to develop and deliver totally unique and creative training programs, which she custom-makes to best address the profile, actual work reality, and particular needs of each group of participants, often down to each individual, within the group. From 2006 to mid 2013 she also acted as the Executive Training Program Manager for the Institute of Communication (www.ioc.gr).
